Bryn Du Woods Design Guide: Architectural Review

Bryn Du Woods is a planned community and our design standards provide for the "combining of good design with respect for the natural environment." Any external changes to your home or property must be approved by our Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This includes any exterior painting to the house or doors, replacement of garage doors, fencing, outdoor structures and significant landscaping changes. For new homes, the home plan, materials and colors must be approved. After that the hardscape and landscape must be approved.
